TOC-Monitoring Device "miniTOC"

Bild miniTOC Überwachungsanlage

The miniTOC monitor monitors your pure or ultrapure water production contamination with organic components by constantly measuring the content of total organic carbon (TOC) in the water monitored.

With the miniTOC, direct UV oxidation is used, in which the organic carbon compounds in the water are converted into a UV reactor using UV radiation oxidized.

By combining direct UV oxidation and conductivity detection, the miniTOC Guarantees > quick monitoring of TOC values.

The device can be connected to the Internet for remote maintenance.

Configurations

The miniTOC can be ordered as a configuration with 2 or 4 (miniTOC pro) inputs. With an additional software upgrade, the user can monitor up to 3 sample loops one after the other with the 4-input variant. The duration of the interval can be configured. The miniTOC is available in online and offline configurations.

Offline Version & Autosampler

An offline configuration is available for the miniTOC. Thanks to the offline mode of the miniTOC pro, the system can also be expanded with an autosampler with 15 positions for 100 mL sample vessels.</ p>

Control of the sample inflow

In the case of a sample inflow of “zero”, the system triggers an alarm and stops the system

Heat exchanger

If the inlet temperature of the media is more than 50 °C, a heat exchanger is required.

Pressure reducer

If the inlet pressure of the media is more than 1 bar, a pressure reducer is required.

21 CFR part 11 Software

Software with 21 CFR part 11 compliance for pharmaceutical applications

IP 54

The IP54 protects the miniTOC from dust and splash water.
